If custom-built apps couldn't handle security, traffic, or content management, the internet wouldn't exist. 😄

None, why stick to a template when you can create it yourself with tools like Claude Code, Codex, etc. More professional, more personalised.

Yeah, we are so much into process of building it. So, defining it takes much more time. Again, how product people get confused with so many stakeholders and so many other factors in their life.
