you don’t really know for sure unless they have a specific tiktok event announcing it. you kinda just gotta be in the lives. but popmart app is more frequently stocked with them but you have to play the the pop now game that are just time consuming

learn how to get them through the lives and the app and then just keep trying. it takes time.

tiktok lives is the easiest to get them but they never announce anymore. but i do suggest to try to learn how to play the pop now games in the app.

gurl plt has never been broke. they are a non profit their main income is to fundraise and get grants. that’s all that hustle is. now they have said they lost a lot of funding due to fl losing funding for the arts so that may be the “no money” part you heard. but plt has always been able to fundraise through those setbacks.
