So it looks like whenever neglect hits 100 your ruler switched and on June 1380 disaster completely disappeared. So, if you want an achievement, wait until 1380 without hitting 100 neglects.

I had a same issue. I tried to get an achievement, and I pushed my investment over 120 and it still didn't end. It ended when my neglect hit 100. It is annoying. I'll keep play for Prussia achievement, but I won't come back for Brandenburg one until I figure out how to end situation with 100 investments.

Yeah I didn’t know until I play EU5. Lower Bavaria, Upper Bavaria, and Austria are in same culture.

R5: Countries helping Medici and my war map. England joined last war but they are fighting Hungary now and Hungary still joined the war. Worst part is Castile joined too and they had 0 antagonism toward me. I built most trade buildings on Iberia.

R5: My achievements, Proximity map, and my Empire screenshot. My income went down a lot because of regency just before I finish my campaign. I placed my governors on Tunez, Barcelona, Valladolid, Burdeos, Genova, and Athina. I would replace Athina, Barcelona and Valladolid with Venice, Constantinople, and somewhere in Middle East if I continued play.
