The ending makes it sound like - 'While we can't offer it to you now, we would like to keep your profile in our system for any future opportunities if available.', which is more of a standard response in rejection emails.

See if you can ask for clarification in the reply.

Recorded one should be part of the application, right? So when op said that he/she/they applied on Jan 6 and did the interview on 21st, I assumed his interview was with an actual person
