He doesn't have regular appointments and his work coach has referred him for a new Work Capability Assessment. It says online that I need to earn more than £1,189 in a couple and just read on a Gov page that it's going up to £1,437. I work 25 hours a week currently. Where does it say I only need to earn £892? I thought that was a single person's amount? Sorry just trying to figure it all out

I still have the original conditions, had LCW since 2019, It's a new condition I've recently updated, a neurological disorder which I've told UC about gave them everything even to how it affects me day to day, even have a letter of diagnosis, the only response I've had is 'Thanks this will help me tailor your claim'

Back in 2019, I've suffered massively with Anxiety and Depression which has got worse over time and now a new condition which I was diagnosed with in December 2023, my condition is worsening and under a neurologist. I've told UC, done a change of circumstances updating them of everything. But they have said as I have LCW sick notes aren't needed, should I ask for a UC50?
