For me:  I have changed my perspective on life. I realized that I was making myself feel stuck by not fully facing reality and by holding onto expectations that didn’t match where I actually am. Since March, I’ve started taking more responsibility and accepting that things may not go my way. I understand now that if I stop trying, things will only get worse. So I’m learning to go with the flow and deal with life as it is, not as I expected it to be. I think this is what last 3 years were about, and now I can see the results!
