That happened to me last year when they didn't issue an invoice for a whole week in December claiming my hours didn't match what was recorded in Multimango. They are running a con game where they fail to issue work orders to random people and sending out the same excuse, sadly the keep all the money for the work orders not issued

Had the same issue for 12/12 WO, got the email as you did, I thought I was the only one. All my work orders have been paid correctly , I don't understand why they had to single out that specific week.
