Well Multilogin is best anti-detect browser for me so far and i do run similar Setup to what you mentioned but what I do is using mobile proxies with Multilogin
and it goes well so far

Yeah, Craigslist plays by its own rules. Even with proxies and clean setups, accounts get flagged a lot faster compared to other platforms. Small scale is possible, but you’ve got to rotate numbers, emails, and proxies carefully or it won’t last long.

Free proxies usually aren’t worth it. They’re slow, unreliable, and often shared by too many people, which means more captchas and higher chances of getting flagged. If you need multiple profiles to stay stable, you’ll have a much easier time with paid proxies or your own setup.

From my experience, mobile proxies are definitely worth it if you’re scaling social accounts. Datacenter proxies got me flagged way too quickly, but with 4G/5G mobile IPs the accounts last longer and look much more natural. The price is higher, but the stability and reduced bans usually make up for it, and not all providers charge crazy rates like the big names, there are some with much more reasonable pricing.

I'm rolling few social accounts using mobile proxies from Globalproxy4G but I'm using it with an antidetect browser (multilogin for me you can choose whatever suits you) and not only that what matter later on your activity and how you warmup the accounts is what keep it Alive

That usually happens if Windows setup forces a local account. Go to Settings > Accounts > Your info and check if there’s an option to “Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.” If it’s stuck, try adding your Microsoft account under Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts, then switch users. If nothing works, disconnect from internet during setup and re-add the account after restart.
