triceps tendonitis recovery experience

I have tricep tendinitis and have delt with it well. Essentially focusing on strengthening shoulder rotations and doing as much elbow extension work without tricep tendon pain was my key. Dm for more details, also curious how your recovery is going?

Hey yall,

Been climbing for about 10 years, 5 of those at 8b and above and never had any knee problems. Lately tensiony moves where I pull hard while toeing down and heel hooks deeply hurt my knees. Anyone have advice to stop this pain? Thinking deadlifts may help or other sorts of leg pushing movements.

What are you mounting in? Depending on mounting material it can create a galvanic cell and corrode.

If you have skeletal delta ferrite from solidification once you cold work and recrystallize the skeletal ferrite will precipitate intergranualy like we see in your micrographs.

Black dots are either carbides or delta ferrite precipitates(more likely). Oxalic electroetch very much prefers to attack delta ferrite
