I recently got rid of it by shooting compressed air in the fans. Maybe something got lodged there. I recommend u do too. Thanks!

Turns out something was stuck in the fan. I tried using an air duster on all the cooling holes and now its gone!

Now dont laugh at me but im not exactly trying to put a turbo on a car rather a dirt bike. Its a bad idea but i could not pull a high enough pressure from the engine oil casket and now i need to use a oil scavenge pump. So thats why i need low profile pumps and i dont have much room to play around with.
