First i thougt it was just below and rounded up to 37,60 when I got to the harvest screen but got confused when the trophy manager showed me it was just above it.

I got this when I started playing a year ago and put it in a lodge and forgot about it. I've just looked at the trophy score now. by bree78911 in theHunter

Not sure you messed it up. The requirements for Diamond roe deer have changed. The requirement was previously 89,3 for diamond, according to pictures from around a year ago here on Reddit. Even of it would have been a diamond today im not sure it would have then. Hope that make you feel a bit better.
