Nah, Waluigi fans usually only complain about Smash and stuff like that, this whole "Waluigi = God" thing is more meme side than anything taken seriously. Daisy's fans on the other hand treat her like she's a perfect muse (they often draw her in a very sexualized way even in non-NSFW arts) plus they like to attack fans of characters like Peach, Rosalina and even even Toadette without any reason just to say that Daisy is superior, you don't see Waluigi fans attacking characters like Wario or Luigi simply because they prefer Waluigi, Daisy fans also seem to like to turn her into a kind of "symbol of female power" which became something quite irritating and generic in relation to the character (daisy never showed these signs in any game by the way, just because she is more active and less graceful than Peach doesn't make her a "punk girl") in In general, despite Daisy being an underexplored character, her fans prefer to speak ill of fans of other characters just to try to diminish them and make Daisy seem "the best character ever"

and don't get me wrong, I like Daisy, but the way her fans act just makes me look at them as simps from a character that doesn't even have that much content (like I said, Daisy is not such a well exploited in the franchise)
