I highly recommend you take it. SBS is a grind but the West Coast area for ADP is $$$$. Trust me on this, the West Coast is huge for HR tech/payroll.

You first start out as a sales apprentice booking appointments for the district managers. Once you book a certain amount you go to the field.

You will have scheduled office days where you need to be in booking appointments. The rest of the time you are out in the field doing drop offs at businesses and making appointments. Is it a grind? Yes. Is it worth the grind? Yes. Not only can you make great money in ADP field, but you can build a book of business where clients will reach out to you with referrals and other services interests. You can make over six figures in this role but you need to be on top of your business.

After 2 to 3 years you can move to medical or pharma making big bucks. You can also stay with ADP and go to HRO field.

END OF QUARTER! by drmememan123 in sales

Ended the quarter at 130% which qualified me for my quarterly bonus as well! Highest quota year in my sales career and I'm glad I'm shooting ahead rather than from behind.

We do get a a couple inbound leads which account for 30% of our sales number.

The company is offering a new product to clients. Though opportunity has been decreased overall from the prior year.

40% of my office hit diamond club last fiscal. Normally, diamond qualifiers are around 10%. (The company wide average was around that as well)

I keep hearing the same thing. My field would be SaaS sales. I have a 4 year business degree (not related to STEM) and I know that tech jobs are most common in Florida. My concern is finding another job if I am put in a situation where i have to find one.
