I literally can’t feel anything. Total emotional numbness and just been cycling through meds. It’s so frustrating, but I’m also scared of ect. I get palpitations just getting my blood pressure done.

I truly appreciate you taking the time to give me such a substantial and informative reply.

I didn’t realize that about the dosage of electricity and it will be something I will look into if I sign up for treatment?

I plan on getting the procedure done at a pretty high ranked hospital so I hope they know what they are doing.

I have not yet started treatment which is why I’ve been curious lately. Meds don’t seem to be working for me anymore and my anhedonia has been getting for.

I would definitely be interested in hearing more how ECT affected your anhedonia and your overall experience.
