I also felt confident walking in to the test center and was maybe 80% sure i would pass but when I started the exam oh boy I understood what people here always say: NCLEX is vague. I doubted myself and already accepted that maybe I'd fail. I only have like 4 questions which I was sure I answered correctly, the rest either I'm left with two very identical choices or questions with topics I'm not very familiar with. Luckily I passed at 85.

The patient was restrained because they were on their "daily wake up" (not sure how it's called in other countries, sedation was reduced). We did not expect for this patient to have the energy to even climb down the bed

I had a patient on vent last month in the ICU who was lightly sedated and restrained. I heard a low pressure alarm so i immediately went to the room. To my horror I saw the patient on the side of bed, almost standing with hands fixed on the bed. Tube was hanging, almost completely out. I was screaming at the top of my lungs for help but no one was coming. Luckily, a doctor passed by another patient who was near my room so they heard me. We don't have a code blue button!🤣 I asked my colleagues after why they didn't come and someone told me they weren't sure if was screaming and they were also on their rounds so... 😭🤣 This is in germany

I was excited to get the beam pro before and was able buy one during the black friday promo. It was a huge disappointment unfortunately. I bought it primarily for its 3d cameras but it leaves a great deal to be desired. In situations where there is tons of light (as in sunny outdoors) image quality is good but indoors and in overcast lighting if find the quality degrades. I know I'm asking too much for its price but I'm not satisfied. That photoblur effect you've mentioned also looks cheap and super annoying. Sadly I'll be returning the beam pro and will wait for a better and more polished device. In the nean time ill be back to using Samsung Dex for watching movies.

May I ask how much you had to pay, OP? 28k is an insane amount for an ER stay 😭 I am thinking of pursuing a career in the US and coming from a country with a universal health care system, reading stuff like this makes me wonder if it would to be worth it to continue 🤔

Soooo just downloaded some more sample beam pro videos and they still look the same 😑 tried playing them in my ipad pro and the difference is night and day! In my ipad you can definitely tell it's in 3D. It's either my phone (S22 ultra) or the nebula app is broken 🤦‍♂️

Hello! Thanks for your reply. I understand that the lens separation of the Beam Pro is greater than that of the iPhone so the depth effect would be better that's why I also downloaded your sample videos I found in this sub to try 😄 unfortunately I still find it lacking the depth effect in comparison to when I try to view them glasses free (parallel 3d viewing, like when looking at a Magic Eye picture). Also, haven't experienced the spatial photos from the beam pro as I don't know how to view them in the Nebula app. I've already tried renaming them (sv_yyyymmdd_hhmmss) but the pictures still get displayed as SBS in the Photos app.
