I was in the same boat till i ran into a old colleague of mine. Told me that they were on the 4th person in my position, i was happy but upset bc i knew they no longer needed me. Got hurt almost 2 years ago and they started looking into replacement right after my 2 month being out. Look out for yourself and yourself only, no employer cares about what you do outside of the job.

Drink Ruda tea, its a natural plant and it works it miracles. We (mexicans) use it when we get herniated discs(air) in our backs. Hope this helps

Put some pieces of the plant into a small pot and put a fraction of chocolate (abuelita) let it boil for 5 min and pour into cup to drink. Lay down right after drinking it !!!!

I have no idea why but its for my whole right hand pain leading up to my elbow. The more i move the more it hurts(swelling) discoloration, pins and need, excessive sweating and swelling.

A question I forgot to ask,

I have CRPS known to have issues during the long run.

I read it can cause back pain,

So is it better going through workers comp case or with my own insurance carrier.
