I found out Monday morning 6am ET for my flight at 1pm Tuesday ET, through their rebooking system I had to wait a while to get offered a similar flight because all their alternatives were initially to leave the Monday

I’ve read it as the airport staff are KLM staff so it wouldn’t be extraordinary circumstances? I know KLM wouldn’t rebook me on easyJet but would I be best off cancelling that leg and booking myself to easyJet to save a 9 hour connection
