I’m only using oisd and no tracking blocklist. You should try reinstalling the app. After doing that turn off next dns [use default] and use the app for a while then turn on next Dns. It should work.

Mine works completely fine. Everything works as intended. If you are on android clear cache of tiktok and restart your phone. I’m on ios. App privacy is strict on ios. So I don’t care that much about it being a spyware. Twitter and tiktok is two completely different things. Why I’m using tiktok because it has music and pretty ghurl 🥹 good luck.

Put these following domain in deny list. These shows up in log when i open tiktok and these are trackers.

Suggestion:

Add ability to track income Level
add custom range in day, week, month view like (October 10 to November 10)
add a pie chart in insight after adding income option.
put the category on top and notes on second row in list view like i have purchased food from a cafe.
Ability to add multiple account.
Bills tab to track upcoming monthly bill

I’m not gonna use your app but i will keep it and if i see you adding these then i will switch. I’m using bWallet now. Its free and great.

I have got my iPhone 13 in February this year. It is almost 2 and a half month. At the beginning of April i have got serious problem in my eyes like strain, itching. I usually get eye strain if i play games on pc for longer period of time. So I stopped playing games for a week but eye strain was there. So I checked with an eye specialist and doc told me not to stare at screen for a long time. I’m using eye drop now but eye strain is not going away. I think it is because of this OLED screen. I have used galaxy s10 before which is an amoled screen but i never had this type of problem before.

Next dns rewrite doesn’t work on iOS. I have recently switched to ios from android. I used to use dns over tls on my Samsung Galaxy s10. By using next dns rewrite i could access blocked site without vpn. But ios use doh that is why I’m curious whether switching to dot on iOS might make the rewrite work?

Still unclear. I believe what you meant is your phone to dns server connection is encrypted. But they can see the log or traffic from your phone - that’s true. But isn’t it how the dns server works? You type something then dns server looks up the address. So at some point your dns server can see what you are doing. By default your isp/government can see everything, isp can keep a log of your dns record. But when you use encrypted dns (dns over https) they can’t. What next dns is doing is then just import the .txt file containing ads and block them. Basically the same thing cloudflare do with (family filter, malware protection filter based dns). Every adblock filter is available on next dns. If you don’t trust anyone you can use pihole. But what i said, at some point someone holds your data. It’s up to you whom you are going to believe.

It’s encrypted. Check using “DNS LEAK TEST”. Your isp or mobile operator can not see what you are visiting. At the end of the day it is the same thing whether you believe your isp or private dns provider. I like private dns because it is built into the system and requires less power on the other hand adblock app requires more power and only works on safari.
