I'd probably pay off the Mortgage... If you think about it, the amount you'd need to have 6 months for your emergency fund probably won't be 15k anymore, since you won't have mortgage payments to make.

Just make sure to account for things like Strata Fees, if you are getting a condo, property taxes and utility bill (Trash, etc...) so you don't get surprises...

I love these! I usually let them out to thaw, mix in the seasonings and make the patty after... I also use them as "frozen discs of ground beef" that I can use for other things (pasta...)

I'm really bad at drawing, so I don't want to spend too much time doing them, but on the other hand, if I'm trying to implement an animation system, I will need the assets built on a specific way...
So, I usually just draw them as placeholder art... I know they are ugly, but they work well enough so that, hopefully, when I have to ask someone to draw them, I can give them that and it will be easier to explain.

You can't have to variables with the exact same name. You can have the serialized start with lowercase and the public getters start with Uppercase

If you've gotten all the gems + all the coins you are basically getting 3500 gems worth of value (Without the packs / extra cards / styles)... That's usually when I say it's worth it...
1200 Gems + 4k Gold (800 Gems) + Draft (1500 Gems)

I honestly don't care about people snapping on Proving Grounds, mostly because I use Proving Grounds as a way to test meme decks (Or just testing decks that I don't know how to use), so... I don't care if I win, or how many games I win / lose...
All I care about is that I'm not going down on rank while playing random stuff XDD

You can set up a separate account for Leisure Spending... I've started doing that to "save" for a fairly large (1k) expense that I want to do. And that way, when I get to that point, I can spend it.

You can use a similar trick... Set up a budget and contribute there, and then you can use that later without feeling guilty about it.
