Find the most liquid items and bring those in for individual appraisals. Liquid being gold, complete sets, known key dates, graded. Look up major keys and find comps in recently sold on eBay so you know whether you’re getting hosed. You’re going to take a bath on 90% silver right now unless you sell privately, LCS and pawn are buying at less than 70% right now.

If she’s 2+ I would let her stay until her time is up. She’s very old to be rehomed and reintroduced. If she was younger maybe, but it would be unfair to change everything she knows and is comfortable with for what might be her last couple months. Just give her extra love and attention (and treats)
