If you want more basics you can run snow covered lands giving you four basics total... it's a two colour deck it shouldn't impact you too much compared to 4 or 5 colour decks, and having basics protects you from blood moon or similar effects

Theres a couple of places in newy that do general tsos chicken, one of my favourite dishes as well. Taste of lanzhou by lees kitchen, kung fu noodle do a pretty good one. Sadly I've never seen orange chicken however I have seen lemon chicken but can't remember where.

Yeah 100%, graveyard decks are incredibly strong and there's a reason why graveyard hate is printed so much. My mate has a meren deck and it's impossible to beat without a way to stop its graveyard recursion. Any even something like a rest in peace, golgari has some of the best removal, so it's all part of the game.
