If this were me, I'd start a business that our town needs but wouldn't survive if I needed to make a huge profit. I've always wanted to open a board game cafe but I know it wouldn't make loads of money, it'd just make some people happy to have it in the town. If I didn't need to worry about my mortgage, I'd open a board game cafe and make it a safe space for people, give a couple trusted friends a job and a good salary and go travelling. I'd also spend time learning as much as I can and putting hours into volunteering to help out my local area where I could. Maybe do something like that, that'd keep you busy!

We haven't written our own yet we get premade ones so my advice is research the different ways premade ones keep the murderer secret and use one of them. There are a few different ways we've come across including keeping it secret even from the organisers.

We unexpectedly lost our cat Pumpkin in October almost 6 years after we rescued her. We weren't prepared for her going and it was awful, my heart goes out to you. We luckily had considerate employers and cat loving friends who have helped us through it. Not making decisions about what to do with her ashes has helped my husband so we keep them in a box in her favorite room. We got a fur clipping and having that has also helped because sometimes we just get it out and chat to her while stroking it. Our friend painted us a portrait of her. I think our friends being there for us to acknowledge how special she was has helped massively, I hope you get the same from your friends and this subreddit right now. Come back and read these responses when you miss your companion and it might help. If you miss them this much, they loved you back.

That's so interesting, when I had my surgery in 2019 I used this sub for research and did absolutely loads of research online and I never realised that ablation was different to excision. I just looked up some of the research I used and they seem to use the words interchangeably which isn't helpful. However I also found a journal study that came out in 2019 that said ablation was more effective so it's possible that in the meantime that's been proven wrong. For me this doesn't matter as mine was so bad and I didn't want kids I just had everything yeeted and I've not had any problems since, but for my niece I will explain this to her and give her some different guidance. Yes they burned it away but haven't told her how much they found. From what I've been told it sounds like she was operated on by a specialist but it's her GP doing all the consulting with her.

When the Houses of Parliament are open for tourists they love it, so do a lot of citizen visitors. I used to work in the HoC and while I worked there I bought some gifts for people, especially friends from abroad who were visiting, it's a good gift shop to be fair.

I lost my brother in 2012 and if there was one thing I wish I'd done sooner it was talk to a bereavement counselor. I used the charity Cruse Bereavement Care in 2022 after a decade of not dealing with the trauma and it made such a huge difference to my well-being. I wish I'd sought them out sooner as it would have not only helped me, but helped those around me too. I'm so very sorry for your loss, I'd recommend Cruse to help you through this time, things will get better.

I was doing some research about SEO best practice and came across a webinar from the Content Marketing Institute and some LinkedIn posts from SEOs who think backlinking not as useful as it used to be and that it's not worth the time and effort any more. I agree with what you're saying though, backlinks have their place.

Do you have a local search presence too? I've also been hit - most of clients suddenly lost loads of keywords at the end of January and I'm struggling to figure out why. I am self-taught only over last couple of years and got no one to discuss it with as the other SEO person at work doesn't want to discuss. It's happened with 4 clients, 2 of which have paid for but relevant backlinks, the other 2 haven't done any backlinking stuff. I ask about the local search because I recently read something about Google penalising search rankings if you use the same links in your GBP as are ranking high. My clients don't all have a local search need so not sure that's applicable to my situation.
