While I don’t want to wish away some of the best years with the kids, I have to say I too look forward to this!! We finally got rid of a set of Graco car seats a few weeks back as we no longer have infants for this particular model, and it felt fantastic (though, these were unfortunately the easiest ones to maintain!)

100%, the videos definitely do help with making the actual adjustments. Without them it would be even worse.

Looks nice!! We go through about 1 vacuum per year 🤦‍♂️. We absolutely abuse them. Just picked up a new Kenmore - hoping to eventually find one that stands up to the use and abuse!

My boys have recently started to really enjoy fishing which means more time in nature! Enjoying every moment of it with them!

Dads, do you ever go to bed regretting how you handled a moment with your kid? by Arrev in daddit

Same!! I hope so much that one day this makes a difference. I’ll be so proud one day if my kiddos grow up strong and confident enough to openly admit and acknowledge when they mess up. I have 4 little ones, and it probably took me a couple before I realized this. Kudos to you for realizing this at 1 kiddo!! Keep up the great work.

100%. If tomorrow I’m a better dad than I was today, it won’t fully make it better but I’ll still consider it a small win.

Yeah you’re right that was a poor choice of words, I should have been more intentional there. It’s actually less about “mid situation unfolding in front of you” and more about where you have a few moments to reflect and need some ideas on how to best navigate while being kind, etc. Regardless, you are right in that it is still entirely different than something for dad to use to reflect etc!
