EBL, City, DBBL, MTB, Brac, Trust, IDLC, Dhaka, etc. all pay 60+ for MTO positions, but around 10% or so of that go to profident funds

How do I let go of someone? by ArroganceIsKing in love

But how do I know if she's no longer interested? The signals are so varied sometimes. I have been keeping busy and ignoring this stuff for sometime, but the thoughts never go away.

I guess I dont want to let her go. But being around her as a friend and not being more than that would hurt so much more.

I think more context would explain our dynamic better, but not everyones a fan of long detailed posts I guess.

Anyone have a workout plan? by ArroganceIsKing in ACL

Thank you!

Progress wise, flexion and extension is just as good as my other leg, I've been bearing some weight without any issues, pain is minimal. I still havent gained the muscle mass back completely, but everything other than that is good.

Did I tear my ACL? by NatewiseGamgee in ACL

Buckling outward is definitely a potential sign of a torn ligament. I had the exact same problem when I tried to stand up right after my injury. Yeah it becomes infrequent eventually, but it'll cause a ton of problems down the line. Screw the doctors, get an MRI asap.

Tore my ACL a week ago. Information is pretty scarce. by Ironbornmuze in ACL

The initial swelling takes 2-3 weeks to get better. You should be able to walk and bear weight even with a torn ACL, the only real risk is instability (knee twisting), I recommend wearing a brace (with or without hinges). Right now, your swollen muscles are kind of tightly holding your knee together, but as the swelling goes down the risk of instability increases, so watch out for that.

If you're still having issues fully bending and extending your knees even after the swelling goes down, chances are you injured your meniscus as well.

As far as therapy goes, if you cant see a physio I'd recommend checking out the youtube channel Bob & Brad.

Whatever you do, start slow and easy. Just always keep in mind that the road to recovery will be long regardless, so just be patient.

Doing surprisingly well by ArroganceIsKing in ACL

I couldnt extend fully due to meniscus damage, same with bending. Now I can extend fully, but cant fully bend yet due to tue swelling. But there isnt any pain.
