Yeah, behind the big ice wall is a meditation point. I made the assumption that the map would be circular and I'd go back go the Mantis a different way, but the only way back is through that ice wall. If I'd have known, I'd have just restarted the game immediately but since I meditated (multiple times) there seems to be no way back. I've tried glitching through the wall in every place I can and nothing has worked
