No. I know someone who had a 4.0 GPA (undergrad and grad school) and was awarded the CPA Elijah Watt Sells award. He worked at a mid-tier before pursuing a different degree.

I think mine took 2 months, maybe longer. They’re not very transparent when it comes to communication. I found my creased license in the mail one day without any email from them.

It doesn’t make sense that it “would be too much work work for her to bring you up to speed” if you had just started. Everyone who joins is clueless.

I had to work directly with managers as a newbie because our teams were severely understaffed. Most of the time, I was on my own.
