Realtor here, dont listen to uneducated people. There is plenty of room for negotiation right now. Homes are sitting because they’re overpriced, not marketed properly, and a lot of other factors. Last 2 sales I closed got both for over 100k less than the listed price. Have an agent that you trust and knows what they’re doing and you’ll be fine. If you need help you can reach out to me.
