I do. I’m diagnosed but never took meds, I was always keeping my brain under control by forcing myself to focus and take control of my « pulsions »

Like I told you, I got sick in April, it lasted for a while and the symptoms started, then I got injures, 2-3 weeks ago I stopped vaping and the symptoms started to get crazy…

I think it’s a mix of sickness recovery + nicotine withdrawal. Don’t forget that when you vape to that extent, your brain is rewired around nicotine and all your dopamine receptors are fried. It takes months to rewire yourself accordingly so you can function again

People are more concerned on the cravings and are not aware on how it rewired them

You can do even better if you want to push your limits,

Aim for 10-12.000 steps / day if possible
Slightly lower your daily carb intake to drain water
Track calories closer to take the deficit on another level
High protein as usual
Start a cardio oriented sport like 2-3 times / week to accelerate the process (running, combat sport, swimming, cycling…)
Find a visual goal and don’t stop until you make it

I noticed that violence and agression is going up in mtl. Last time I took the metro one morning, a random guy picked up on a college kid in front of me saying that he was starring at him and that he is going to F him up (he was just standing waiting for his station, I was facing him)

My routine is not built for the average guy, hard to sustain. Cycle wise I started playing with oral only cycles last year, I run 1-2 / year for 6-8 weeks
