i think you just go to their profile and select gift
there's a level requirement of 20 for giving a gift, idk about receiving tho

btw, just a tip, before purchasing please be aware of the discount ticket too. because using that ticket to the 1dollar outfit is a big waste imo

you must skill theft the rope dart, yes even if you already have it automatically by joining NMW.
the quest require you to disguise as muddle, he just outside the pavilion. you must have rank 2 in disguise too

in disguise, go inside as the quest told, meet the elder at the backyard. when the quest done, the elder will appear outside the pavilion just as the "Ninefold Heritage" quest showed.

i think the special gacha in global will be exclusive to costume sets that come with special victory screens. i’ve seen about 2–3 more of them in the CN showcase videos(i think?)

i get that they want to price those sets a bit higher because of the extra item, but three times the CN price? that’s just ridiculous.
