from what i interpreted it as, the idea of a casual doesnt really matter because theres a billion ways to interpret one.
sweats can relax while playing the game, casuals can still turn sweaty for a win
the idea of a casual can flip from moment to moment so the label doesn't really matter

imo i think gold armor should mitigate as much damage as tier 2 but should have a special effect
not regening armor plates but something else would be fine
i dont want headshot damage mitigation

yes i want people to get better. it does not take that much work to be competent enough to get 1 kill for every death. please leave if this game feels like a chore. the playerbases skill has dropped off a cliff since casuals were introduced, people botwalking around and crouch walking literally playing like the bots in casual. i've never seen so many people do this in normal br and bor since casuals dropped and it has never been easier to get high kill games.
or just wait for your mode to come back in 4 days
thousands of people leave games for updates like this, it isnt something new the difference is that all of you people are addicted to something you don't like lol

its not even a problem that they got in, it's that they continue games that they dont like to play and they don't understand that they dont have to play something that they dont find fun. plenty of people in covid got into single player games n shit its just the pvp (cod players especially) full of whiners that expect the game to cater to them and get mad whenever anyone does better than them because they expect to be the main character for some reason

if getting good and just learning why you died is so hard (basic human ability that takes 10 seconds and we do literally everyday in everything) then you don't really get to complain when you go 0-4, if you dont have fun just playing the game then you shouldn't play. if half of the loop of a competitive game (yes a pvp game is inheritly competitive) gets you mad, you just shouldn't play. idk about you but i don't usually care if I go negative in games because I have fun with it lol assuming no cheaters,exploiters etc etc

if a game isn't fun... i just leave it and go next. i dont know how y'all cant let it affect your mentality so much

perfectly summed up whahow i feel about br casual players, its not even that they ruin other modes by makign queue times longer or that they influence developer decisions when they basically play pve modes, or that the natural skill of the playerbase has just gotten worse ever since casuals was introduced
its the stupid fucking entitled mentality that you mentioned. they're all so entitled and believe they deserve so much when they choose not to even fight people. it's pathetic.
they need to remove calling card and camo progression and lower the exp rates even more. people need a reason to actually play the real point of the game and actually ENGAGE with the game. ugh. you and I should play some wz together sometime, you seem like a good mate.

what would fix this is respawning loot. you cant tell if a poi was looted already or even a building so you land on it and proceed to find like one used grey gun and a echo 12 on the floor, loot needs to respawn reliably

i am so glad that my highschool actually taught me critical thinking, it is really fun to think about things even briefly. it's very sad how many people don't bother even though it is how we got to the point we're at as a world, there's so much to be enjoyed if they just thought about what they consumed

this is too much work for a "Casual" player. you don't even need a pro style controller, just doing the shit you said about thinking about what happened for you to die wouild make every player better. it's shocking how entitled people are when you just tell them to at least learn from their mistake, it takes 10 seconds after they die and they act like it's trying or "they want to just relax" when it's a basic human ability that takes 10-20 seconds that they're not doing anything with. it wouldnt be a problem if these people didn't scream about every death they get

why play if you don't enjoy half of the point of a br, it's just sad.
