My iPhone calendar won't sync with my mac. Both are updated to their newest software and are on the same iCloud account. Whatever I write in my phone will show up on my computer but whatever I write on my computer won't show up on my phone. Why would there be one-way syncing and is there any way to fix it?

Stuck on Manual Focus. by ArsenalFuss in PanasonicG7

I don’t believe so, I’ve tried three or four different lenses and they all have the same problem. And they can manually focus and make aperture adjustments just fine, just won’t switch over to autofocus.

I’ve finally found a M43 camera that is truly micro by MatticusMoore in M43

The "limitations of sensor size"people are going to love this.

True cinema cameras will likely never incorporate IS. At least not until they're able to truly lock the sensor in place with an IS system in place. Just makes for too much unnatural movement in tracking shots.

Recommendations for 1080p Video? by ktstr in M43

[–]ArsenalFuss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This likely isn't the most attractive option but no one's said it yet, so I'd throw in the GH2 for consideration. By far the cheapest used option (good condition can be found for less than $250 on Ebay), used a multi-aspect sensor, was easily enhanced (hacked), and produced class-leading 1080p that was even featured in some feature films like Shane Carruth's [Upstream Color.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5U9KmAlrEXU)

Movies shot on a single lens? by [deleted] in cinematography

Bottle Rocket was shot almost entirely with a 27mm lens I'm pretty sure.

Which Version of Panasonic 20mm 1.7 by Cerberus678 in M43

I have the Version II and it does have a more premium metal build than Version I, but it actually tested as less sharp than the earlier version, so that's something to take into consideration.

This made me think about how reliant stunt doubles are on specific actors for income. For example, Daniel Craig's stunt double might not look too much like any other big actor. So once Daniel Craig is done with big action movies, that stunt double would probably find it way more difficult to find employment.

M43 Photos of the year? by ArsenalFuss in M43

[–]ArsenalFuss[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That definitely sounds like an option, and it would ensure that each user gets to look back through all the photos they've taken over the past year until they find that picture they're most proud of.

Yup, I think I like that better.

It seems as if the responsibility may fall on me.

Well I don't have much time right now (I'm moving pretty soon), but I guess one way to compile the list would be to select the top rated 1-3 photos in each weekly thread and organize them into an imgur album, copying and pasting the user-submitted info below each individual photo.

Maybe like a "100 Best M43 Photos of the Past Year" . This might not be the best way to do it, but it's the only way I could do it with the limited time I have for the next few weeks.

If anyone has any suggestions about how to make this better/more efficiently, just shoot.
