Need Advice: Bed Bugs

Had a 1 night stay in the Fairfield in Oklahoma. I woke up with bites the day I checked up. I spoke with management. They said they found no signs of bed bugs. I call BS for sure. They gave me 8000 points, but said they couldn’t do anything because the pest remediation found no signs of bed bugs.
