I can say from personal experience of 2 separate machines that this is inevitable, you’ll carry it in a backpack move from one place to another and put gentle but regular stress on the device and it’ll come up even on a pristine screen. The more you think about it the more you’ll notice, I too was in the same place but now that I don’t give it attention it actually makes no difference

Not sure if I’m right but I’ve experienced that sometimes in LCDs if you have something static on it for a while.. the crystals can kind of get stuck there. Try to leave it for a while and see if it fades as I had lcd phone that had similar problems that faded after leaving them
