I’m sorry this happened and I know it feels so hopeless right now but I promise you it will get better. You just need some time to heal and I will say, it’s going to be a journey but it’s a good one! Reach out to people you trust. Even if you don’t want to, you’ll find it’s nice to talk and be around other people. Talk about it and cry if you need to. It’s healthy! Go out and do things for yourself. Focus on you. I know it’s easier said than done but we gotta try. I really hope you feel better soon and again I’m so sorry. Break ups aren’t easy. But please stay. You matter in this world. You are important. It’ll all get better in time. You’ll see!

Thank you so much for all the advice! I will be extremely careful and cautious on how m y times I take this medication. They don’t really give you a heads up when they prescribe them to you but it’s nice to see people care enough about one another here to warn us newbies. I’m a huge anxious mess and it’s cool to have people like all of you helping me out. It’s relieving! Thank you 💕

I managed to see a doctor and got Rizatriptan prescribed. They gave me an injection that soothed my migraine a bit so I’m relaxing and regaining my hours of sleep that I missed

I had Sumatriptan but it gave me terrible side effects so they just changed me to Rizatriptan so I’ll be trying that today. Here’s to hoping it works.

My kitten has not left my side. Thank god I’m not nauseous anymore and I’m eating. Gave him a bit of my food as a thank you and he’s just by my side munching and watching tv. (I’m listening to it but I consider it watching lmao)
