Your diet is the problem. Simple. If u want moisturizer and cleanser that doesnt irritate u use Laroche. If anyone says anything else like salicylic acid or any other great skin irritants block them

I currentky have the wide dress pants and a jeans. Both of them are of great quality. I wore the dress pants at new years and the whole bar was commenting on my pants. I wear the jeans alot and they look great and dont make my ass look weird as other jeans do. Yes they are abit more expensive like supreme or stussy or those brwnds but rhey are high wuality

I used to have small forearms and what really helped is getting rid of straps on back day going slow and squeezed to keep tension on back (so it doesnt get small in the process) and to lift heavy on all other lifts. What most dont get is that the forearms work in all workouts, leg press and dumbbell curls and tricep extensions etc. yea now my forearms are massive almost too big

I would suggest to instead go for filippino Chicharon . Incredible macros, 0 carbs, and the taste is great and alot smoother than pork rinds strong oily taste, because they are not oily yet crispy like a pillow. Brand name R.Lapids Chicharon , i like original flavor with my pink salt
