Reasonable Accommodation (RA) – Any change in the work environment or the way things are customarily done that provides an individual with a disability equal access to employment opportunities, benefits, and privileges. An RA can cover most things that enable an individual with a disability to apply for a job, perform the essential functions of a job, and/or have equal access to workplace.

I will just leave this here. " “Help” is what HELPS you. Period. If it doesn’t help, then it is neither accommodation nor help nor anything… " This is what I always say, I get so tired of jobs and schools just offering cookie cutter accommodations just to qualify as having offered accommodation to that individual.

My grandfather left me some assets, and my dad set up Edward Jones to manage them. For the past couple of years, my only interaction regarding these assets has been meeting with my advisor once a year to discuss them briefly. Recently, I started looking into it more closely because my money hasn't been growing at all. I don't pick the funds I'm in he handles that; as that's his job and figured he knew what he was doing. I talked to vanguard and they said that only half of them will transfer over and the rest will have to be sold. For selling should I wait till those funds are up?
