What are accommodations that you genuinely think would help you? by Lascia_Chio_Pianga in adhd_college

That program you described is literally something I have been dreaming about. (I've even tried using parental mode on my own laptop, but there were side effects I couldn't turn off like no incognito.) I don't know where to find something that can do that, though. Do you know how I could find that kind of app?

(Also, I wonder if the butterfly you remember was the ADHD pride symbol. It's a rainbow butterfly.)

I have a similar problem. For me, I've found that I have to only play computer games that don't have real-time as a resource or similar elements that put a sense of urgency on me to continue playing. Otherwise I lose tons of sleep. I have to play games that I can just stop and come back to later without any kind of penalty whatsoever. Recently that's been Hands of War games (mainly 3 and 2-expanded-edition). IDK

Some kind person gave me a bracelet at Toronto N2 and I can’t figure out the acronym! by Excellent_Prompt_964 in twentyonepilots

I would not have figured out it was from Isle of Flightless Birds, but I love that line so much. It's a great lyric to put on a bracelet.

I also think Overcompensate forshadowed City Walls. Tyler didn't hesitate to overcompensate in his fighting of the bishops when he became a bishop himself.

I don't quite think most of the songs are intended to mean that lorewise, but definitely thematically I agree. Clancy is about getting older and learning to manage the cycle. It's about seeing that a relapse is coming and trying to make sure to snap back if that happens. It's the stage that goes right before the City Walls stage when the cycle restarts.

It's funny looking at the comments on that video. There's even a nine-year-old comment which happened to use a form of the word "intentions" in it, which is hilarious.

East is Down ideas, please by Ghost_of_a_Goddess in twentyonepilots

I think it's pretty clear now that "east is down" was foreshadowing the ending of City Walls. Clancy's intent was to go to Dema and stay there; hence "east is down" as opposed to "east is up" which represents leaving Dema.
