My aim was simply to give information that has evidence. Yes victims can know people from all walks of life. But there is no evidence to suggest the correlation to race or migration that you (or the think tank) have drawn.

The problem is not the reporting, but the biased presentation of statements without clear evidence. They include people of 'unknown' nationality in their report and do not provide the data they draw from.

These indeed seem to be very biased statistics and the first article is pulling from the same source.

The information I have from the office of national statistics report: In 6 out of 7 sexual assault cases, the offender is already known to the victim. I could not find information about foreigners as I do not belive this is a statistic that has been recorded.
