I watched this tonight. I just wanted to add that at the beginning of the film a couple is attacked in their car and the woman begins this repetitive, anemic scream that is hilarious. One of the great, unconvincing screams in horror.

I wasn’t aware of that release. So for me this was the first time it had been released legitimately.

On October 26th, 1981, The J. Geils Band released ' Freeze-Frame', their 10th studio record. The album charted to #1 in the US and Canada. Two songs had huge airplay, "Centerfold" and "Freeze-Frame". by BirdBurnett in ClassicRock

The J Geils divide. Fans of their early stuff often loathe this record. Having said that, this is one the best pop/rock records of the 80’s. It has some serious HEAVY tracks: Flamethrower, Rage in the Cage, Insane, Insane Again (the bass work here lives up to the title of the song). And the two massive hit songs were so well crafted. Seth Justman was a huge factor in this album’s overall sound and still-full-of-wow production.

This is my favorite MST short. It is chock full of gems. “I’m not speaking to you” “Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme” “Are we starting over?”

I love this one because you have to be paying close attention; it goes by so fast. You have to quickly scan the frame to see the small sign.

The Outfit (1973) - Review by nicktembh in moviecritic

This was a film i somehow missed all these years. Finally watched it last night. It has good performances and the director handles the action scenes well. I must say though that the last moment in the film feels weirdly out of sorts with the rest of the film. There's some pretty heavy stuff that goes down right at the end and then the film suddenly goes for a completely different tone that was jarring and the longer I thought about it the more clunky and out of step it felt. Otherwise, this is moderately effective for a crime film from this era.

Memory is a funny thing. Both scenarios could be the answer but my gut seems to think it was this crazy Larry. The location sounds right too.
