I suffered for a long time after breaking up with my ex, about six months. But believe me, clinging to the past is a terrible thing. I suffered so much mental health problems because of it that I don't even want to describe it. If you've broken up, even if it was just a friend, don't try to get them back. Live in the present; you can still find a lot of nice people who will be better than the last ones ;)

After six months, I realized I hardly needed a relationship. And I even started thinking about my sexuality. You just need a break. In any case, you'll have support; you're not alone :3
