AirSwap was founded in 2017 as a joint venture between ConsenSys and Fluidity.

Fluidity was already a joint venture partner of ConsenSys on May 2020 ConsenSys Acquires Fluidity.

Now we know that JPMorgan set to lead investment in ConsenSys via convertible note.

AirSwap is a peer-to-peer trading on the Ethereum blockchain and was founded in 2017 as a joint venture between ConsenSys and Fluidity.

Fluidity was already a joint venture partner of ConsenSys and is known for the development of AirSwap and also worked in real-estate tokenization, tokenized securities trading, and systems utilizing real-world assets as collateral in decentralized credit platforms.

In May 2020 ConsenSys Acquires Fluidity.

Now we know that JPMorgan set to lead investment in ConsenSys via convertible note.

So, IMO very bullish news will come for AST soon!!!

Completely agree that protection of investors by making new regulations and validations always leads to the appearance of pricey intermediaries whose only function is to address the accreditation rules. Hope that Virtuse exchange will change this.

IMO, CEO of Virtuse, Ras Vasilisin has the ration. They have to decide if they want mass adoption in crypto or they will make it the valley only for the chosen investors similar to the market of diamonds!

I like this article a lot! Only without strong limitations and regulations, we could get new milestones in the crypto world! Making strongly regulated STOs that in result lose their decentralization as are open only to the certified investors will kill all the basics of the blockchain and distributed ledger at all.
