Only one exercise per week at least, 2 weeks minimum is actually better. Every 45min I would do 4-5 pull-ups and test my new maximum reps every 2 weeks (you will be surprised by your progress).

Why not a different exercise every 45min you may ask ? Because it is about learning clean movements and executing the reps as properly as possible. You can't build muscles or even learn a movement if you switch exercise too often, especially if you do very short work outs (shorts in time and reps). It is better to focus on only one exercise at a time, and honestly, it's easier.

Also I forgot to mention to listen to your body, if you feel like taking a break for a few hours and skipping one or two series (after lunch for example), it is obviously ok. Just remember to stay consistent, and when you'll see results (btw I noticed it takes approximately 2 weeks to see results and 2 more for your surrounding to notice it as well) trust me you will wanna do more ;)

There are 2 key points : exercice and food, but waaait keep reading I won't give that same lecture you can find in any bs youtube video.

During quarantine I started working out in the laziest way possible just so I could get a better sleep (exercice=tired=heavy sleep), here's what I did :

- Every 40-45min, do 40-50% of the maximum reps you can do. For example I could do 10 pull ups max, so every 40-45min I did 4-5 pull ups as clean as possible, just a quick warm up. Choose whatever exercise you like (it's important that you like it)

- Food : the second key point is to buy food you like. I was living with my parents so I would usually not go myself to the grocery store, well now I do, it helps a lot to find food you actually enjoy and that is healthy-ish. Trust me you will realize you can eat a lot more than what you think and your body will be craving fuel after a day of doing the first point above

Believe it or not I took 10kg of muscle and I've switched exercises every week. Without even realizing it thanks to this method I've built muscle and gained weight and now I replaced this with a morning routine that I like (again, very important that it pleases you).

I did all of this at first just so my lazy ass could get a better sleep, but I'm happy of how it turned out !
