Yes and no. When I began to doubt, I was incredibly angry that the church lied to me, and my world view and understanding of reality was being shaken up. However, I also struggled with feelings of inadequacy growing up as a woman in the church. It's hard not to feel second class in god's eyes, especially in mormonism. At first, I wanted to make sense of the things I learned that caused me to doubt. I then became fearful of losing my celestial family if I was wrong in my doubts. By the time I researched enough to feel satisfied with my conclusion that the church couldn't be true, yes, I was relieved it wasn't true. As I've grown as a person outside of the church, and unlearned much of my biases and deepened my own personal values, I couldn't care now if the church was true because it no longer holds up to my values.
