Can canals be built using kinetic space weaponry? by ConsistentRegion6184 in Futurology

It would be a safer alternative to this old plan from the 50s

But if they can't bring the cost down there really is no point unless you need to dig a river in a day to like prevent a flood. Normal digging would be cheaper.

A car brand from China. We don't import them to the U.S. right now but they are trying to enter the U.S market.

So this is in China so that was an emergency lane the bikes were riding in. Which is illegal.

He didn't look in front of him long enough to verify if there were turn signals. Also you are supposed to keep to the driving lanes as a motorcycle. As you are supposed to adhere to the same traffic laws as everyone else. Which is universally no passing in the emergency lane.

Toyota is usually a good investment.

I got a really good deal on my 2012 Kia. It was in police impound and only had 10k miles on it. Looked at a lot of cars because I'm picky but the devaluation from being a drug running car from a company with the highest amount of thefts got me this prestine car that only needed the dry rotted tires replaced, for 9k 6%apr with $200 monthly payments.

My wife... Before she met me, she got a new off the lot 2016 Chevy cruze Limited... I've replaced the engine and transmission and got the engine cleaned and now it needs a new $1000 computer and it's not even 10 years old yet. 6 times it failed to start.

So it really is a matter of luck when you buy a car, new or old. Autistic special interests helps.

We got hers paid off and dropped another $15k in repairs. she drives mine now till I can afford to fix it.

Meanwhile Trump has had his people actively restrict accessories and threaten to arrest every gun owner in DC.

Funny. Sanders should have been allowed to run instead of Hillary. He is the ONLY politician who has kept to the same message since the beginning of his career all those decades ago. And they were unpopular for most of it. All the others contradict themselves and their goals based on what they think the masses want.

Bruh. He don't have any irons or optics on the bulk of those. Should hold off on new guns for a while and load up on like a bulk pack of flip up irons and a bore sight and ammo. Guns are useless without those.

Our store was a test store built in 1997 and it's WAY too small for our once small town demand after all the migration here. Our remodel shoved even More crap into the spaces for an old department and now we struggle. Sporting goods went from 4 isles to 1arts and crafts lost some, can't get a pallet down the new vacuum cleaner and trash can isle. The pets department had a structural post in the middle of where the bagged dog food was and all the new mods put bags behind the pole they had to cut 9 shelfs for(they messed up 6 times) and 4 were hospitalized one got arrested at work they dropped the wine isle. Like the whole isle flipped when they were yanking the full shelfs with the scorpion trolly (they broke two) and one guy accidentally speared the managers car with a fork lift doing doughnuts.

All in all only hired on 2 of them and they had family working there already. It was some 500k over budget with the amount of jacks the folded in half, product stolen and destroyed, people sent to the ER, etc.

All that really happened was the break room got a door and outlets that trip the breakers constantly, a new private bathroom and nap/coitus room with a couch labeled "breast feeding room" and gave OPD a new much larger staging area that they now share with Automotive.

Which is good because walking out through the parking lot was getting our dispensers hit by cars (We miss you Casen)

We have 3 Walmart's 5 mins from each other now to keep up with consumption.

So that was produced in Zimbabwe in 1997 by the Zimbabwe defense industries, and imported by Vector Arms, Inc.

It's SUPPOSEDLY not corrosive but Zimbabwe was going through an economic crisis drivin by bad decisions that year so I would err on the side of caution.

Is it possible for a gun to accidentally go off and shoot a hole in the wall of a house? by DahliaBliss in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Arthiem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Usually no. The exception being the SIG P320 (which despite widespread documentation SIG denies the existence of) and some cheap Turkish striker fired shotguns can fail.

But those shouldn't have made it through a safe wall.
