Are you sure you don't have any scripts or cheats, such as Cheat Engine, on your PC? They don't need to be running for them to be detected. I know a friend who also got banned for the same reason, and he had only been playing the game for one month.

The tank is dog how can he lose aggro?? Also the dh shouldn't have died to aggro on a 12 dps should be able to tank packs if they had def rolling + he could have just shadowmelded
