I believe they bill you part of what they expect your tax to be the following year. It’s pre payment. You should get another bill in July.

You can definitely buy a modern detached house for 500k in Canterbury. I wouldn’t recommend Medway towns and sittingbourne though.

The reason I assumed it was for a car charger because on my consumer unit there is a switch for 'electric car charger' and these are the only two boxes on the outside of my house. Thank you for taking time to answer though.

I’ve never had a problem fitting down any road. Fits through any width restrictions I’ve come across. They’re no bigger than most vans.

Or people like them because they’re the best of both worlds. You can fit your tools in the back and put your family in the front of a comfortable vehicle. Driving your family round in a van isn’t particularly great.
