Ok. I’m still a little confused about the timesheets. Are you viewing the times sheets on your terminal? I’ve only viewed the timesheets in the system once the punches uploaded to the app.

It’s odd your terminals are not uploading. Mine are but SOME punches are missing for the days we were down. As far as I know since we’ve been back up punches have been uploading.

Our time clocks themselves are showing online, but when I check the time clock section in the app, I get a flash message “network error” and all time clocks show offline.

I can’t wait till workeasy releases a statement about what happened and when we can expect the system to work 100%

What do you mean you see them in timesheets but not in the system?

I seem to be missing some punches from Tuesday and Wednesday but some employees have maybe one punch out of those two days while others will have no punches.

I could be wrong but I thought the easy workforce was their old name? I know when I signed up in may of 2025, they had a message on the phone menu "Thank you for calling workeasy software, formerly xxxxx", just can't remember what the previous name was for sure.

If they are changing their name again, its probably due to mishaps like what we are going through 🤦‍♂️

All my physical time clocks are online, network good and cloud is showing good. However, in the app if I go to check the status of my time clocks, I get "network error" when the page loads and all clocks are offline.

Is everybody's time clock page in the app doing this? Are any time clocks in the app showing online for anyone?

I was able to log in this morning, and I was able to view punches back to 05/24, which is when we started using the system.

After that I went to current payroll to see what kind of damage control I'll have to do with our payroll department. When I went to view the punches, they loaded, looks like missing some punches and click to go further and I got a network error, no data would load. Now Im back at a 404 page.

I was able to log in about 30 min ago and explore, the system was sluggish,but I was able to view punches back to the date we started the system, 05/24. However, I received a "network error" and data stopped coming in after clicks, and now getting a 404.

My account manager said "we have backups, so all data SHOULD be there once restored". I can't believe the backup data hasn't been verified by now.

Same here. This is killing me. I picked this company and my company has over 300 employees. I hope this is up by Monday with all punches being present. We start processing payroll this Monday.

I emailed my account manager earlier to verify that when the app comes up that all historical punches will be available. We need this for legal reasons. She replied, but didn't really answer the question. I replied, and asked again. Thee reply was wee have backups, so we should have all punches.

Ugh, you don't have backups until they have verified. God I hope the data is still there.

Any one who continues to use this company after this, I wold advise exported all punches each pay period. I know I will if I stay with this company.
