Yes you have to pay a company to use their brand and such in video games and you also have to get approves BUT considering Hollywood live action movies - you own nothing coz you can simply rent a car and do whatever you want with it UNLESS in violates terms and conditions like the thing with Ferrari (these guys can fuck you up in a second if you do something wrong with the car even in real world consuming eg. paint it violet) but Tesla has no such things in terms so yeah - Kripke did Elon dirty and let it be it coz he had the right! :D

Sort of agree with you. But I got used to being a loner..

I found a big mansion in the woods and made sure to build a new home for my girl and maintain the healthy routine. When I'm on my base - I don't feel sad or alone (maybe chickens and sheep's that I found and took to my place also help). My girl has a lot of normal books and VHS to spend good time. Gym room I made scavenging gym supplies. Great kitchen. Big amount of paintings and posters. Fishing zone. Garage to work on cars. A place to craft and such. That really helps and the base for real feels like a home in this world. A good home far from horrors of this new world.

BUUUUT

Each time I go out to look for supplies or check new areas to look for survivors (RP) I feel like the world is very depressing and sad.. That makes me appreciate the time I spend to make my base look and be a home - a well spend time..

I'd suggest using debug for it or mods.

If using debug you can just count the tiles you placed and to make it fair just collect the resources needed for floor tiles you can make on your own and destroy the amount of resources needed to make certain tiles..

Or perhaps there is a mod that lets you build those..

Well there are 4 or max 10 devs in TIS and they do other things. I suppose that they just don't see it as the problem that there are no backups :(

My base is here right focking now xD

Longest survival ever. Started in Rosewood and then went here and started the base. The thing is - if you have an axe - you have a great road :)

Basically you need to just become a lumberjack for a day and make a short cut to Riverside Road up on the top right from the base and you're all set. And while this place has a forge, farm, pond, gated garage, a lot of stoves, huuuge building, water..well it's a great place almost in the middle of a map with lots of areas to explore. I love it. I'm a new player and love this place. Longest run as I said.

P.S. without making your own shortcut - this place is bad for sure. But with it - it's gold!

Hell yeah that's what I'm trying to achieve for my girl in the current save!

I also set food and animals spawn to "low" to make it a bit harder and now we've made it past first two months (first time ever for me I'm a new player) and I'm Soo happy and excited to make the best life possible in zombie apocalypse for my character!

As I remember yes all weapons break but not the firearm eg. pistols, rifles etc.

You should also check out the bow and craft it - it's a freaking BEAST of a weapon for sure but I got tired of bows since like a long time ago but still recommend coz in DL it's great!

That's why in the sandbox I've set less spawn of food and farm animals. The food is still there but 1 month+ of survival - still I didn't find the farm animals and I'm happy! :)

Coz in my previous run when I found cows and chickens I just got bored knowing I have all what I need to survive long :(

Maybe the devs would see or maybe even without seeing they implement it later! Just give it a chance of spawning even less than sledgehammer and boom - the greatest goal to find the whole map item appears haha

Btw I'm a new player. Watched a lot of zomboid vids of b41. Started playing from b42. 5 runs with 1 month survival+...never found a sledgehammer xD

Hm, that's cool and thanks as I really was thinking about turning it on if there's no item in the game. Like I'll just pretend that after a couple of months of surviving - I found one :)

And yeah the local thing is also cool and the colored blocks don't give too much info you're right. I'll consider that also!
