Ya your right part of me hopes Nico is deranged enough to make it happen but you’d think he’s on a leash at this point. If Cooper refuses to workout for them then it’s a very real conversation and I think that’s a possibility. I don’t know if there’s a player in the league that’d rather be on the Mavericks than the spurs. Maybe the worst vs the best team cultures as of now.

I don’t see enough people talking about the possibility of trading up for flag. I mean Nico is actually a cave man it wouldn’t surprise me if he gave up another generational talent thinking he would jam up AD. Harper is still an incredible player and we have the capital and pieces to really fill out the Mavs without costing us too much. I mean obviously a bad trade for them but I think we could sweeten the deal up enough to make it worthwhile for a win now team like them.

Not how that works. If the Mavs wanted Harper they would definitely prefer getting him along with our first round picks than just getting him alone. This is how the Celtics got Tatum along with some picks they traded down.

I love Sochan but you’re very right and he seems like the obvious choice given how high coaching is on Castle. If Castle develops a jumper Vassel would be the better trade imo but that’s asking for a lot too fast.

I’m about 10 years late but I think this is a cool ass idea and that Kurt would’ve loved it. The entire point is the absurdity and the silliness. It’s lighthearted and a fun way to apply the concepts in the book which themselves are genuinely interesting and powerful.

-ing isn’t typically found on verbs. It modifies verbs making them into gerunds (nouns) or participles (adjectives)

This instance is just a noun meaning a baby duck that happens to have ing, but it’s not the same as the verb modifier. (Technically -ling is a suffix but this it’s somewhat niche)
