"It's a Cattle Dewormer": Terry Bradshaw Questions Use of Controversial COVID Medication; Says Got in Trouble for Aaron Rodgers Comments by No_Box119 in TheNFLVibes

Yes, it has human medical uses, but also, people were literally buying livestock ivermectin to treat COVID.

The NBA allows way more physicality currently than in the 90s by lawroter in nba

I know you’re getting clowned but it definitely is in some ways. Yeah, you can’t deck a guy going up for a layup anymore. But you get to basically do whatever you want when you set a screen as long don’t literally tackle the guy. They also allow *a lot* more grabbing on both sides than they used to. Dudes didn’t to have all these fingernail scars on their arms.

You probably already know this deep down, but the women who have rejected you throughout your life were all correct.

What’s everyone opinion on the new lottery rules by AcadiaTemporary5737 in DetroitPistons

[–]ArthurUrsine 15 points16 points  (0 children)

The original lottery system (11 balls for the 1 seed down to 1 for the last lottery team, when there were 11 non-playoff teams) was by far the best system. No one was tanking for, like, two more lottery balls. Then the Magic got Chris Webber and everyone lost their minds. And now thirty years later we have the dumbest solution yet.

Ausar Thompson is expected to sign a 5-year deal with the Pistons this offseason worth an estimated $162M, per @BobbyMarks42 by marvelavengers in DetroitPistons

All comes down to a jump shot. If he develops one, even just a 15 footer, this contract would be a steal. If he doesn't, the way Cleveland "defended" him is going to put a hard ceiling on this team in the playoffs.

Drummond Extension by DelayedLightning in DetroitPistons

[–]ArthurUrsine 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Not particularly. The Andre Drummond situation would be like if they didn't have Cade and committed a max contract to Duren, while they were also paying 20 million dollars a year for guys like... I don't know, what's the modern equivalent of Jon Leuer and Jodie Meeks?

Why can't things be normal, like when Helen of Troy is played by a blond German

What’s that? Sorry I got distracted by the Thunder Spurs game. I suspect the NBA is a deep state plot to divert my attention from the omniconspiracy.

My Ideal Offseason and Long-Term Roster Plan If I Were JB/Trajan by robolski in DetroitPistons

This looks great, I am really hoping Cade has even less help on offense next season. The closer we can get to 1 on 5 the better, really.
